As a Field Sales Executive based in Ropar, you will play a crucial role in promoting our products and driving sales in the field. This position is ideal for individuals with a passion for sales and a willingness to learn.Key Responsibilities:- Generate Leads: Identify potential customers through research and networking to build a strong sales pipeline.- Conduct Sales Meetings: Visit clients to present products, address questions, and demonstrate how our offerings can meet their needs, effectively closing sales.- Maintain Client Relationships: Build and nurture relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.- Achieve Sales Targets: Work towards meeting and exceeding monthly sales goals, contributing to the overall success of the team.- Report Sales Activities: Keep detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback to report to management regularly.Required Skills and Expectations:- A Bachelors degree in Engineering (B.E) is essential, providing a technical foundation for understanding our products.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are critical, as you will interact with various clients and team members.- You should be motivated and target-driven, with a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic sales environment.- Basic computer skills are important for maintaining records and using sales software effectively.- Should be comfortable working primarily in the field while also being present in the office as needed for collaboration and reporting. Responsibilities:1. Greet passengers and ensure their comfort and safety throughout the flight2. Conduct pre-flight safety checks and provide safety instructions to passengers3. Serve meals and beverages to passengers4. Handle any passenger requests or concerns during the flight5. Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking the aircraft6. Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times7. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines during flights

Mechanical/Production/ManufacturingEngineering (after 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry &Math's ) from a recognized University/Institute. Preference will be given to candidates with relevant experience.
