Review system logs and find potential issuesTroubleshoot and take ownership of incident until resolvedComplete service requests and execute changes assignedEscalate issues/incidents to next level and follow-up until closureEnsuring that the SLAs are met for all incident, problem, request, and changeParticipate in root cause investigationPerform routine patching activities and ensure that all the systems are up to dateEnsure that configuration backup of all the system is up to dateReview logs/monitoring data/reports to identify capacity bottleneck and suggest for improvementGenerate the various reports required for operations managementKeep tickets up-to-date as per response SLA in ITSM toolContribute knowledge articles and update them in a timely manner when requiredWork Experience:Dell EMC / Rubrik /Commvault / Veeam / certificationMCSE /VCP and ITIL certification will be added advantage4-6 years of experience in Level one technical support.Good experience on SAN, NAS, SAN switch, storage device and backup managementExperience in windows servers, VMware/Hyper-V environmentGood hands-on experience on installation and configuration of servers/VMsKnowledge and experience on Cloud will be added advantageShould have knowledge of ITIL processes.Experience working in ITIL tools like ServiceNow etc.Knowledge of client/server and virtual technologiesKnowledge of monitoring tools and reporting.Experience working with some or all technologies below:Enterprise Backup (Avamar/ Rubrik /Commvault / Veeam)Enterprise Storage (Dell EMC, HPE, Synology, Huawei)Data DomainHCI ( VxRail, HyperFlex, Nutanix)
