Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers. Work closely with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical solutions. Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes. Monitor application performance and troubleshoot production issues.Required Skills: Expertise in MERN stack: MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. Strong backend development skills, including experience in handling complex APIs and scalable systems. Proficient in database design, aggregation pipelines, and query optimization in MongoDB. Solid knowledge of frontend technologies including React Hooks, Redux, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles. Familiarity with authentication methods (JWT, OAuth) and web security best practices. Experience using Git and CI/CD tools.
