Formulation Developer:/NPD: (Gundlav - Valsad)Research & Development DepartmentHe is responsible to for developing and optimizing formulations for Nutraceutical, Pharmaceutical or Food Supplement products.His role involves research, formulation designs, Process development, and stability studies and regulatory compliances to develop a high quality product.To develop innovative and cost effective formulations for existing and new products.To conduct research on active ingredients, excipients and their compatibility.To optimize formulations to improve stability, bio availability and efficacy.To perform stability studies, sensory evaluation and other relevant tests.To work closely with cross functional teams like QA, QC, production and regulatory affairs.To ensure compliances with industry regulations such as FSSAI, FDA, GMP and other relevant guidelines.To prepare technical documentation, formulation records and Standard Operating Procedures.To troubleshoot formulation challenges and support scale up activities for commercial production.To stay updated with industry trends, new technologies and regulatory requirements.He must have strong knowledge of excipients, raw material and formulation techniques.He must have experience with stability testing, dissolutions studies and analytical techniques.He must be able to understand the regulatory and quality compliances.Any B.
