The ideal candidate should be skilled in creating technical and artistic drawings, handling clients, and must have worked on-site with carpentry or production teams to bring designs to life. Key Responsibilities: Interact with customers to understand custom furniture requirements Create detailed 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc. Design bespoke wooden and carved furniture with attention to detail Collaborate on-site with carpenters or production teams for execution Modify and update drawings based on feedback from clients and production Recommend appropriate wood types and finishes (Sheesham, Teak, Mango, etc.) Ensure practical feasibility, aesthetics, and functionality of designs Requirements: 6 months to 1.5 years of experience in furniture designing (preferably carved wooden furniture) Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max or other relevant design software Experience working on-site with manufacturing or carpentry teams Strong knowledge of wood types and furniture materials Excellent visualization, detailing, and client-handling skills Education: Diploma or Degree in Furniture Design / Interior Design / Product Design
