Key Responsibilities: Client Interaction & Relationship Building: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their AV requirements. Build and maintain strong professional relationships, including with international clients. AV Solution Support: Assist in designing and recommending AV solutions based on client needs. Conduct site visits and surveys to gather necessary technical information. Installation Assistance: Support the installation of AV equipment (projectors, displays, audio systems, cabling, etc.). Ensure proper setup, calibration, and functionality of AV systems. Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Provide on-site and remote technical support for AV systems. Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation and service reports. Prepare user guides and assist in end-user training.________________________________________ Skills & Competencies: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Strong technical aptitude and interest in AV systems. Basic knowledge of AV technologies (projectors, displays, microphones, video conferencing platforms, etc.). (Training will be provided.) Ability to work collaboratively with teams and clients.
