We are seeking an experienced AV Engineer to join our team in Sukhdev Vihar, Delhi. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in audio-visual systems, bringing expertise to provide high-quality support and solutions for various AV projects.Key Responsibilities:1. Installation and Setup: You will be responsible for setting up and configuring audio-visual equipment, including projectors, microphones, speakers, and video conferencing systems, ensuring everything is functioning properly.2. Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Regular maintenance of AV systems is crucial. You will identify and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations for all users.3. Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with project managers, IT staff, and other team members to understand AV requirements for events and installations, providing input on the best equipment and solutions.4. User Training: You will conduct training sessions for users, helping them understand how to operate AV systems effectively and troubleshoot minor issues on their own.5. Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of AV setups, including equipment lists and maintenance logs, to ensure consistency and efficiency for future projects.Required Skills and Expectations:Candidates should hold a graduate degree and have strong knowledge of AV technology and systems. Key Responsibilities: Client Interaction & Relationship Building: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their AV requirements. Build and maintain strong professional relationships, including with international clients. AV Solution Support: Assist in designing and recommending AV solutions based on client needs. Conduct site visits and surveys to gather necessary technical information. Installation Assistance: Support the installation of AV equipment (projectors, displays, audio systems, cabling, etc.). Ensure proper setup, calibration, and functionality of AV systems. Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Provide on-site and remote technical support for AV systems. Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation and service reports. Prepare user guides and assist in end-user training.________________________________________ Skills & Competencies: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Strong technical aptitude and interest in AV systems. Basic knowledge of AV technologies (projectors, displays, microphones, video conferencing platforms, etc.). (Training will be provided.) 1. As a Pre-Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and drafting systems for Technical Proposals brought in by the sales team, ensuring that quotes are technically correct before submitting to clients.2. Preparation of proposal based on the RFP / RFQ docs and Understand the CAD drawing.3. Generate BOQ, Compliance Statement, system descriptions, schematic drawings, material / technical submittal, system programming such as Crestron, Extron, Bose and other OEM products etc.4. Provide sales and technical staff with technical support on both a pre- and post-sales basis5. Communicate and interact with internal employees, clients and colleagues in a professional and timely manner.6. Conduct or attend a Site visit and Site surveys when needed.7. Develop and maintain knowledge of current and new technologies that company offers.
