Job Description1.Job Objective :-To Maintain and Improve Plant Quality activities by improving Customer Satisfaction ,Product reliability and reduce plant Quality Cost .2.Key Role & Responsibilities :-1. Reducing Rejections, Improve Customer Satisfaction & Reduce COPQ2. Implementation of ISO system in given area.3.Conduct Supplier Audits and get CAPA implemented for Receiving rejections4.Daily administration of inspection resources to support Receiving, In-process and PDI inspection5. Revalidation of Jig & fixture, Receiving Gauges different Process Stage6.Analysing and reporting Rejection, Rework data in Daily DMI, Monthly Quality reviews Improving Customer Satisfaction7.Supporting Customer Audits and PPAP documentation for new business introduction8.Verification APQP, PPAP & SPC documents for developed Components9. Promptly respond to Customer complaints with appropriate Containment and Corrective actions Eliminate repeat complaints and reduce COPQ10.Conduct Line trainings to Operators and conduct MSA11.Work on Rejection cost saving Six Sigma Quality projects Environment Health & Safety12.Basic idea of OCPs / SOPs related to that area.13.EHS legal requirements related to specific area.14.Implementation of personal protective equipment with respect to PPEs matrix.15.Implementation of local waste management procedure.16.Follow the safe practices as define under the purview of EHS management system.3.Qualification & Experience Required :-B Tech (Mechanical)1015 Yrs. of ExperienceAdditionally, below Knowledge is required :knowledge of Basic Quality Tools,Six Sigma DMAIC approachStrong knowledge of Microsoft ExcelSPC analysis capabilityKnowledge of ISO 9001 system,Work experience in IATF16949 company will be added advantageKnowledge of MS
