The candidate must have strong communication and interpersonal skills and must hold to the highest level of integrity and confidentiality. The successful candidate depending on their skills, experience, and performance would also have the opportunity to take part in profit sharing.General Duties & Responsibilities Coordinating with clients and ensuring their operation is compliant with applicable acts and regulations. Assist with the preparation of licensing applications associated with Cannabis, Food, and pharmaceutical industries in Canada and the USA. Ensure that all SOPs and specifications for each procedure are appropriate and followed by the concerned personnel. Review the batch records and release products in accordance with all applicable SOPs and regulations. Conduct internal inspections and gap assessments. Ensure that appropriate manufacturing in-process controls are implemented. Review all documents that describe work instructions and set requirements such as procedures, protocols, test methods, specifications, etc. Ensure all non-conformances, customer complaints, and out-of-specifications are investigated, and root causes are found. Perform employee training for GMP, SOPs, and new positions as required by the client.

Ability to travel to client locations up to 70% of schedule.

Importance of maintaining proper hygiene and safety while processing- Testing/ examining samples of RM, FG and semi-finished Inspections as per SOP- In-house product sampling and testing for ice cream processing plant with knowledge of ISO, HACCP compliances- On-floor experience of quality control during all productions stages- Detailed knowledge of HACCP & ISO Compliances- Record keeping and storage of files, while maintaining traceability.- Executing audits and working with the respective departments to rectify any infractions-Compiling, checking and approving product specifications and packaging- Documentation for all the activities and daily checks- SOP creation/ revision/ maintenance for FSMS & other related process- FSMS/ HACCP documentation- Training on GMP, FSMS, FSSAI norms to all the Food Handlers- Safety Training to the food handlers- Internal Audits, CAPA, RCA for continuous improvement in process and products.- Laboratory Maintenance for both Chemical & Microbiology Lab- SOP for all the Lab Procedures- Reports maintenance and forwarded to clients/ customers as per request- Coordination with the external lab for testing food products as per FSSAI norms- Testing of Food Handlers Hygiene, Environmental Hygiene, Sanitization Hygiene through microbiological tests- Conduct shelf-life studies for new and existing Finished Products in in-house laboratory- Developing the ability to repeat processes to ensure consistency and safety.

The individual should have the ability to work effectively under pressure without compromising professional standards or quality of the work being performed. As part of the Controls Assurance team, members will assist territory engagement teams with testing of IT general controls and Manual controls activities.
