Documentation & ReportingRecord Keeping: Maintain accurate logs of all inward and outward entries in the Goods Received Note (GRN) and Material Issue Note (MIN).Reorder Levels: Monitor stock levels closely and alert the Purchase Department when items reach their minimum reorder point to prevent stock-outs.Reporting: Prepare weekly or monthly reports on stock valuation, slow-moving items, and expired or damaged goods.
