Key Responsibilities:Production Operations:Assist in operating machinery and equipment as per instructions.Learn and perform basic assembly or production tasks under supervision.Follow the standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the assigned processes.Quality Assurance:Conduct basic quality checks during production to ensure adherence to specifications.Report any product defects or irregularities to the supervisor immediately.Workplace Safety:Comply with all safety guidelines and regulations in the workplace.Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.Equipment Maintenance:Assist in routine maintenance and cleaning of production equipment.Report any machinery issues to the maintenance team or supervisor.Learning & Development:Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge of production techniques.Understand and apply Lean Manufacturing or 5S principles (if applicable).Record Keeping:Maintain logs of production activities and output.Document any incidents or issues observed during the shift.

The identification and/or generation of all documentation related to the integration ofnew products into the production environment. Perform analysis of part design characteristics, specifications and tolerances of parts,manufacturing process design, set up and tooling. Identification of subsequent changes to manufacturing and assembly drawings asnecessary. Optimisation of processes to meet objectives of lowering cost and/or improvingproductivity. 1. Experience in CMM machine makes- Carl Zeiss, software- Calypso2. Minimum 5 years exp.3. Good knowledge in Drawing Study, GD&T, Alignment, Instruments handling.4.
