Any Bachler degree or diploma with 10 year works experience in NDT and industrial radiation safetyLev II site in charge certification BARC , ASNT NDT Level III in Radiography Testing, Penetrant testing, Magnetic particle testing and Ultrasonic testing method in the field of piping and pressure vesselsShould have experience in preparation of NDT report, to perform calibration of NDT instruments. Practical working experience in penetrant testing, Magnetic particle testing and Ultrasonic testing method Review and interpretation of Radiography films.

Job Descriptiona. Carrying out QA/QC activities of process equipment such as storage tanks, Heat Exchangers, Pressure Vessels, Agitators, Reactors AND Structural Fabrication items such as Girders, Prefabricated structures, mining equipment etc.b. Preparing QAP/WPS/WPQ/PQR as per job requirementsc. Preparing Stage wise inspection reports, carrying out inspectionsd. Assisting third party inspectors during inspectione. Welder qualification activitiesf. NDT reviewExperience1. 2-4 years experience in QA/QC2. ASNT/ISNT level-II in TOFD/PAUT,RT,UT,MPI,DPT4. Should have work experience with third party inspection agencies6. Residing close to Badlapur

The person employed for bare pipe inspection shall be technically qualified and trained in steel plate and line pipe manufacturing procedures as well as in the testing of API 5L quality SAW/HFERW/ Seamless pipe as applicable.The inspector should also be qualified as per ASNT level II-in UT, RT, PT & MT and should be fully conversant with API-ASME codes for pipe and APIRP codes for transportation and handling of pipes and other relevant codes as applicable for bare pipe inspection.

1 Prepare, implement and review quality system SOPs and ensuring compliance with legal and global standards 2 Review / Prepare QA plans and evaluate their accuracy. Make necessary amendments to the plan3 Build/Design QA plans for critical projects in accordance with the standards, codes and guidelines adopted by the company, such as ASME, NBIC etc.4 Review applicable regulations and statutory requirements to assure quality of products in order to minimize rejections, failures, reprocessing, and market complaints on finished products5 Interacting with customer to address the Quality concerns and ensures corrective and preventive actions are taken internally6 Manage and oversee project quality to ensure compliance to codes, standards, regulations, and equipment specific specifications are met7 Performing quality review of completed products and control records of critical process steps before release of the product to the customer8 Lead activities to improve the Quality system so site certifications are maintained or reached9 Troubleshoot quality problems and support production to address issues with timely corrective actions10 Organize and conduct internal quality audits for product and process to close the non-compliances raised during the audits12 Responsible for investigation and resolution of any deviations/NCRs from the required processes and quality related complaints. Responsible to close NCRs13 Identify and develop QA/QC personnel certification requirements and continuing education/training to stay updated on current needs of the industry14 Manage employees of QC department, allocate work, oversee their day-to-day work, conduct performance reviews, participate in hiring process for QC department15 Coordinate with Operations Head and ensure that correct material is issued to the production eng16 Monitor, comply & report monthly all quality and safety related documents in accordance with ISO/ASME U-Stamp / AD2000 HP0
