Analyze drawings & clear all projects related doubts with the Designer. Update site initial condition & feasibility to start work to the coordinator.Preparing POA for the execution of the project & confirm the number of days consumed with the required Manpower & tools. Ensure all materials are available at sites before assigning Contractors to execute the project.Project Department Meeting and make MOMs to understand & address their problems or invite practical suggestions.Responsible for Maintenance of attendance at the site and control of absenteeism.
