Architect Designer Fresher Jobs in Pune

Ability to work independently and lead the project from scratch - individual contributor role.Co-coordinating with the execution team from the start of the project is complete and executed at the site.Handling client and vendor meetings related to the project(s) that you are working on.

We are Looking for Architectural Design, Interior Design, Project Sanction in Municipal, Working Drawings, Project Co-ordination

Detail oriented, enthusiastic, hard working, knowledge of Acad, sketchup, microsoft office, Lumion, Vray is must

1. Assist with design drawings2. Discuss project requirements with your team3. Organize files and materials4. Visit worksites to make sure everything goes as planned5. Prepare contracts, reports, CAD drawings and diagrams6. Generate design development ideas7. Research building codes and standards8. Develop 3D conceptual designs9. Prepare design mock-ups and color boards10. Research the different types of building materials, lighting fixtures and other products

Must be having Good knowledge of AutoCAD, Google SketchUp and any rendering software. Good interpersonal and communication skill.

The ideal candidate will have excellent creative thinking skills and be able to create designs based on conversations with a new prospective client. The candidate should be confident communicating regularly with the client in order to assess their needs and be able to adjust a given approach based on feedback. The candidate should maintain familiarity with the design trends for Interior, Signage and Graphic in order to provide the best ideas for clients.
