Manage and close Level 2 (L2) support tickets promptly, providing effective solutions to reported issues. Document technical processes, configurations, and changes related to PimCore development and L2 ticket resolutions. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate completion of development and support tasks.
