The ideal candidate will have 2 to 4 years of relevant experience and hold a degree in B.C.A, B.B.A, B.Com, B.Sc, or B.E. This position requires you to work from the office on a full-time basis.Key Responsibilities:- Conduct Quality Inspections: Regularly inspect products at various stages of production to ensure they meet established quality standards and specifications.- Document Quality Findings: Record and maintain detailed reports of inspection results, identifying trends or issues that may arise during the quality control process.- Collaborate with Production Teams: Work closely with production staff to provide feedback on quality issues and implement corrective measures as needed.- Train Staff on Quality Standards: Educate team members about quality control protocols and proper handling of materials to enhance overall product quality.- Participate in Quality Improvement Projects: Engage in initiatives aimed at improving product quality and decreasing defects within the production line.Required Skills and Expectations:Candidates should possess strong analytical skills to assess product quality effectively.
