We are looking for a talented and passionate 3D Environment Artist to join our Motionpix Studio, PuneIn this role, you will play a key part in developing both 3D environment assets and level art for our regular projects. Your contributions will help shape iconic and new environments within the Engineering layouts. The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in creating top-tier 3D environments, from initial concept to in-engine implementationAt Motionpix, we believe that small teams that find a way to work well together have the potential to create memorable animations. You will take ownership of the entire layout visual aesthetic, ensuring it enhances the viewer's journey and deepens their connection to the processIf you think that describes you, then wed love to hear from you.ResponsibilitiesMaintain and elevate the quality of 3D environment assets, continuously refining their look and feel to meet the highest standardsEnhance and push concept designs to the next level by considering technical and design limitations, including polygon budgets and texture memory constraintsWork with outsourcing partners to build a stable production pipelineWork with both design and technical constraints to develop level art using the existing level system, while consistently exploring and pushing the boundaries of whats possible within the systemCollaborate with other disciplines to ensure all assets align with the project's visionRequirementsHands-on experience in building Level art with 3D BlenderExpert experience in creating stylized 3D Modelling, Texturing, Materials, Animation and Rigger

Designing of Advertisements, Outdoor branding, Packaging, in-shop branding, Digital Marketing Posts & videos, logos, brochures etc.Communication with clients regarding ongoing & upcoming campaigns and designing the creatives according to the TG and respective market.Experience thriving in a fast-paced workplace- Ability to visualize a range of solutions rapidlyExceptional verbal and written Marathi, English and Hindi communication and presentation skillsWork experience of Minimum 5 years in a Reputed Advertising Agency as Sr. Visualizer, AD or Asst. AD.knowledge of Coral Draw, After Effects, Premier Pro, and Illustrator is a MUST.

Must have excellent knowledge of After Effects, Nuke, Premiere Pro, Sound Forge, Real flow,Silhouette,3DS Max,Photoshop& Maya will be an edit advantage.Passion for teaching is a must.Candidates with 1 to 2 years of teaching experience will be preferred how ever freshers can also apply

Responsibilities:1. Good sense of background designing, color, model sheet, characters and flash animation, Compositing software, including Flash, Photoshop, Sound Forge, Video editing software, Adobe Premiere, and After Effects.2. The Candidate Must Be Able to Use Motion Graphics to Tell Stories and Bring Out Ideas3. Good Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. Good Eye for Design and Visual Storytelling4. Able to Work Within a Project and under Strict Time Constraints.Requirements:1. A Flash Developer qualification or similar2. Portfolio with Flash projects3. Proven work experience as a Flash Developer4. Working experience with animation tools (Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, and other 3D software)5. Experience in 2D flash animation6. Experience in Character animation, walk cycle, run cycle, lip-sync, etc.7. Experience in Tween animation and classical animation
