The ideal candidate will have 3 to 8 years of experience and will be responsible for managing and improving our Management Information Systems. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can analyze data effectively and provide actionable insights to support decision-making processes within the organization.Key Responsibilities:- Data Management: Gather, maintain, and update data within the MIS to ensure accuracy and reliability for reporting purposes.- Reporting: Prepare standard and ad-hoc reports to present data analysis in a clear and easy-to-understand format for management reviews.- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process enhancement and implement changes to improve the efficiency of the MIS and data workflow.- Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to understand their data needs and provide support in generating relevant reports.- Training and Support: Offer training to staff on how to effectively use the MIS tools and interpret data, ensuring all users are proficient in data entry and retrieval.Required Skills and Expectations:Candidates should possess strong analytical skills, with a proven ability to work with large data sets.
