As a Pharmacist, you will play a vital role in the healthcare team by ensuring the safe and effective use of medications. You will be responsible for:- **Dispensing Medications**: Accurately prepare and provide prescribed medications to patients, ensuring they understand how to take them properly.- **Patient Consultation**: Offer advice and answer questions from patients regarding medications and potential side effects to promote safe use of drugs.- **Maintaining Records**: Keep detailed records of prescriptions and patient interactions to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.- **Medication Management**: Monitor patient medication plans, including refills and interactions, to ensure optimal therapeutic outcomes.- **Inventory Control**: Manage pharmacy inventory by checking stock levels, helping to order medications, and discarding expired products.- **Collaboration with Healthcare Providers**: Work with doctors and other healthcare professionals to discuss patient treatment plans and recommend alternative therapies if needed.To excel in this role, candidates should possess a Bachelors degree in Pharmacy or a related field, with strong knowledge of pharmacology and medication therapies.
