Consultant Anaesthesiologist & Critical Care SpecialistHiring Company: Multibhashi (For One of Our Esteemed Healthcare Clients)Position: Consultant Anaesthesiologist - Anaesthesia & Critical CareEmployment Type: Full-timeQualifications and ExperienceMD or DNB in Anaesthesiology from a recognized institution.Minimum 3 years of post-PG experience.Valid registration with the relevant Medical Council.Experience in ICU management, critical care, ventilator management, and emergency care is preferred.Key ResponsibilitiesIndependently manage anaesthesia for elective and emergency surgical procedures.Conduct pre-anaesthetic evaluations and formulate perioperative management plans.Administer general, regional, spinal, epidural, and other anaesthesia techniques as required.Manage difficult airways, emergency resuscitation, and perioperative complications.Supervise and manage ICU operations, including critically ill and ventilated patients.Develop and implement ICU protocols and clinical best practices.Provide emergency critical-care support across the hospital.Collaborate with surgeons, physicians, and nursing teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to quality, safety, and infection-control standards.Participate in clinical audits, staff training, and hospital development initiatives.Remuneration and BenefitsAnnual CTC: 35-36 LPAAdditional BenefitsAccommodationSubsidized meals at the hospital cafOpportunity to contribute to the growth and development of critical care services
