ROLLS :- Manage daily execution of trades, liquidity bifurcations and EOD bifurcations of trades Maintain third party software package for clients' portfolios and related excel sheets Liaison with brokers and custodian to resolve trades related issues Manage clients' fund flows for investments in third-parties' products (i.e., MFs, PMSs, AIFs, PE/VC funds, etc.) Preparation of SEBI monthly reporting Reconciliation of fees and expenses on a monthly basis Reconciliation of clients accounts on daily, monthly and quarterly frequencies Performance and attribution analyses of clients' portfolios on a quarterly basis Preparation of tax computation for overseas clients QUALIFICATIONS: 1. Excellent knowledge of excel is a MUST 2. Accounting, Math or finance degree with 2-5 years of relevant experience in Operations at a financial institution (PMS/asset management companies (AMC), custodians, banks, brokers, etc.) 3. Attention to detail is a MUST 4. Ability to comprehend financial reports 5. Strong written and verbal communication skills will be an added advantage in this role

Serves as HVAC Supervisor and will be responsible for all installation, maintenance, andrepair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units and associated air handling,chilled water distribution, and environmental control systems. Incumbent plansindividual jobs and long-term work operations, develops a preventive maintenanceprogram, and controls the quality of repair work. Responsibilities also include designingsmaller air-conditioning systems, designing modifications to existing systems, reviewingplans and specifications for contracted work, and reviewing the work of outsidecontractors. Will also be expected to resolve most problems exercising discretionaryjudgement and analysis even in the most complex situations

QUALIFICATIONS: Excellent written and oral communication skills Very well versed in MS Excel An eye for detail and a can-do attitude Candidate must be eager to learn and grow in the role Keen interest in capital markets and investments, will be an added advantage Related work experience of 3 to 5 years in the financial sector (AMCs, PMSs, Banks, etc.) Graduate/Post graduate in economics/commerce/business studies; CFA level I or similar qualifications preferredNATURE OF WORK: Coordination on client on boarding Interact with clients - mostly UHNIs & NRIs - on their operations related queries Prepare and maintain investment/portfolio sheets for clients on day to day basis Check calculation of management and performance fees Ensure timely delivery of the quarterly reports to the clients Liaison with clients CAs during tax filing period Liaison with custodians, banks and third party PMS, AIFs, etc. Support the business development activities to grow the client base
