As an Air Export Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing the transportation of goods by air. You will ensure that shipments are processed efficiently and meet all regulations and deadlines.Key Responsibilities:- Shipment Coordination: Oversee the entire air export process from booking space with airlines to ensuring timely collection and delivery of goods. This includes tracking shipments and managing documentation.- Documentation Management: Prepare and verify export documentation such as air waybills, invoices, and customs declarations. Accurate paperwork is essential to avoid delays in shipments.- Customer Communication: Serve as a point of contact for clients, providing updates on shipment status and addressing any concerns promptly. Good communication helps build strong client relationships.- Compliance Adherence: Ensure all exports comply with international shipping regulations and customs requirements to mitigate risks of penalties or shipment delays.- Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues in logistics, customs, and sales departments to ensure smooth operations and effective problem-solving.Required Skills and Expectations:Candidates should have strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
