Job Purpose:The Branch Head for the Agency Business Partner Channel is responsible for managing, guiding, and mentoring the agency force in a specific geographical region or circle. The primary objective is to drive sales, expand market share, and meet business goals while ensuring strong relationships with existing agency partners and fostering the recruitment of new agents.Key Responsibilities:Business Development & Strategy Execution:Develop and execute sales strategies to meet the organization's business targets for the assigned region.Increase the market share by recruiting and managing agency partners in the region.Identify potential business opportunities and work with the team to ensure execution of those opportunities.Agency Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with existing agency partners, motivating them to achieve set targets.Conduct regular training and support for agency partners to enhance their productivity and performance.Monitor agency performance, identify areas of improvement, and provide necessary feedback and guidance.Team Leadership & Development:Lead a team of agency managers and agents to meet sales and recruitment targets.Set individual targets for team members, monitor their performance, and provide coaching for career growth and improvement.Promote a culture of teamwork, performance excellence, and accountability within the team.Sales Target Achievement:Achieve overall sales targets for the agency channel, ensuring that business objectives are met for the region.Ensure agency partners and team members are focused on cross-selling and up-selling of products.Recruitment & Onboarding:Identify and recruit new agency partners to expand the agency channel.Oversee the onboarding and training of new agency partners, ensuring they are equipped with the tools and knowledge to succeed.Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
