If you dont fill all of the qualifications, you may still be considered depending on your level of experience.Responsibilities for Agency Partner Data compilation and verification Fact finding and information gathering for solutions Provides subject matter expertise to internal and external parties with respect to several insurance coverages including Drafting pleadings and briefs Preparing correspondence to colleagues and clients Analyzing insurance policies, drafting coverage opinions and providing coverage recommendations for clients Conducting legal research using Westlaw/Lexis/Nexis Drafting interrogatories and document demands Reviewing document collections in preparation for litigation Attending depositions, hearings, and mediations as requiredQualifications for Agency Partner Understanding of audit services with knowledge of GAAP Perform substantive testing and analytical review procedures documentation of internal control systems 0-3 years of customer service experience, data entry experience or working in an office environment Three (3) or more years of experience in finance, accounting and/or professional client services role Strong analytical and basic research skills related to the retrieval and organization of high volumes of information, especially financial data Solid organizational skills especially ability to meet project deadlines
