Work on brand films, marketing videos, and internal presentation videos. Apply strong storytelling, pacing, and structure for engaging video narratives. Ensure consistency in tone, pacing, and overall visual quality.Performance-Based Videos Edit short-form videos optimised for Meta and Google Ads. Create multiple cutdowns and variations to test hooks, formats, and messaging. Apply retention-focused editing (strong hooks, pattern interrupts, clean flow). Collaborate with performance teams to iterate creatives based on results.General Responsibilities Handle basic colour correction, sound balancing, and clean transitions. Create thumbnails for YouTube and campaign videos when required. Execute basic animations using Adobe After Effects (titles, lower thirds, simple motion). Translate briefs into structured video stories. Manage multiple edits and revisions while meeting timelines. Responsibilities:Create engaging videos using latest AI tools, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects & PhotoshopCollaborate with team on concept development & scriptwritingEdit AI footage, add visual effects & audio mixing

1. Creative collaboration:i. Collaborate closely with founders and website developers to finalise website design.ii. Ensure design principles are incorporated into social media content.2. Design playbook:i. Conduct research on consumer preferences, industry trends, market demands, and competitor analysis to gather inspiration.ii. Gather information on emerging technologies and techniques in textile design. iii. Create the company's first design playbook.3. Finalise product designs:i. Assist in searching for new designs across product categories.ii. Support the selection of fabrics for each design, considering factors such as texture, colourfastness, and durability.iii. Coordinate with suppliers to acquire fabric samples for testing and evaluation. Finalise products based on sampling.iv. Work closely with suppliers to ensure a smooth transition from design concept to final product.v. Provide technical specifications and guidance to ensure accurate interpretation of designs during manufacturing.4. Work on branding, colour palette and trends:i. Establish and refine the startup's colour palette.ii. Research current colour trends and their psychological impact.
