Role & Responsibilities:- Understand all services provided by the Company for PG, Masters, Diploma, Certificate and MBA work-ex courses- Do outbound calling on leads received through marketing activities/database & cold calling- Handle inbound prospect calls/leads and convert them into students- Find out and arrange meeting with relevant people in companies to arrange seminars and sell programs offered by the University for their employees- Work on references- Consult, counsel and follow up with potential students, understand their requirements, communicate details of the programs, suggest a roadmap, and sign them up for services- Responding to prospect's queries over emails and following up consistently- Enrol potential clients for services and then coordinate to make sure they receive the services enrolled for- Aggressive sales approach with a consultative mindset
