Your role will start with contacting potential customers (parents and students) to discuss importance of up skilling oneself with respect to what they want to do, counsel them and be the first point of contact to making a difference and fetching a suitable job which would kick start their careers.As an Academic Consultant at Avodha, you have the easiest Sales Job in the world where-in- every customer you connect with, your goal is to either bring an admission or have them attend the personalised Career Consultation Session which will be facilitated by a Sr. Academics Manager who will help convert the prospect.Probationary Period of 26 working days (1 Month) and ACs will be eligible for variable pay during this period.In the Probationary Period, if ACs are able to contribute just 10 admissions, they will clear their probation and be eligible for Fixed Pay of Rs. 15000/- from the next month.Fixed Pay ACs will also be eligible for incentives by achieving 2.8x of their Salary in Revenue.Further clarification, if any will be provided during on boarding
