Workday Integration Consultant

A digital transformation organization is looking for Workday Integration Consultant

Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate and on time task completion and meeting assigned deadlines.

• Applies relevant methodology and tolls while adapting to customer specific needs and or goals.

• Support and seeks out internal projects to help improve their practice area/expertise.

• Work directly with key business and IT stakeholders to confirm requirements, consider design alternatives, facilitate discussions, and ultimately drive requirements sign-off.

• Evaluate, communicate, and coordinate the technical impacts of application configuration decisions.

• Lead integration design sessions to develop Workday integration designs from system requirements specifications.

• Create system interface specifications, field mapping, and system process designs.

• Develop, test, and deploy integrations required to meet business requirements.

• Facilitate knowledge transfer and educate clients on developing and operating interfaces to and from a SaaS platform.

• Track issues and risks, communicate status and escalate concerns to project management.

• Provide subject matter expertise on Workday Integration best practices.

• Mentor other consultants and actively share product knowledge with others to grow our practice.

• Build strong customer relationships.

• Continue Workday knowledge growth. Keep subject matter expertise current per Workday releases.

Skills & Requirements:

• 5+ yrs. of Workday integrations experience

• Experience in BIRT, EIBs, Core Connectors, Cloud Connectors, DTs, Workday Studio

• XML and XSLT transformations knowledge

• Performed issue resolutions, enhancement configuration for existing customers

• Built simple to medium Integration from an AMS customer or from an Implementation Project

• Workday Certifications: Integration Core.
