Hiring: Workday Developer

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Workday Developer with strong expertise in Workday Studio and Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB). The candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining Workday integrations to support HR and business processes.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain Workday integrations using Workday Studio and EIB.

Build and support inbound and outbound integrations.

Work on Workday reports, calculated fields, and custom integrations.

Develop integrations using Core Connectors, APIs, and web services.

Troubleshoot integration failures and resolve technical issues.

Collaborate with HR, functional, and technical teams to understand requirements.

Perform integration testing, deployment, and documentation.

Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance across integrations.

Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience in Workday development.

Expertise in Workday Studio and EIB.

Experience with Workday Core Connectors.

Knowledge of Workday HCM and business processes.

Experience with XML, XSLT, SOAP, and REST APIs.

Understanding of inbound and outbound integrations.

Experience in integration testing and troubleshooting.

Qualification

BE/BTech/MCA or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
