Wood Factory Engineer (Hyderabad Factory)

1. Drawing designs by hand or using computer-aided design (AUTOCAD) software.

2. Building and creating sample models for production teams (. carpenters and woodworkers) to work from.

3. Designing furniture for manufacture, according to knowledge of design trends, offerings of competition, production costs, capability of production facilities, and characteristics of the company.

4. Suggest ways to improve furniture items already manufactured.

5. Working in close coordination with the management to discuss the initial concept and design brief.

6. Organize and manage manufacturing workflows and resources & Planning Material requirement.

7. Responsible for developing new and improved methods for increasing material yields and reducing material waste.

8. Ensure that manufacturing procedures follow safety and environmental regulations

9. Improves manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning workflow, space requirements, and equipment layout.

10. Assures product and process quality by designing testing methods.

11. Provides manufacturing decision-making information by calculating production, labor, and material costs.

12. Keeps equipment operational by coordinating maintenance and repair services.

13. Maintaining Strict quality control while manufacturing & after manufacturing also.

14. Procurement of Raw material.

Qualification & Skill:

Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineer or Mechanical Engineer or Interior Designer.

Experience : 6 to 7 years.

Salary ; At par with Industry Standards.
