Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Blueprint & Drawing Interpretation: Read and interpret engineering drawings, weld symbols, and fabrication specifications to determine appropriate dimensions and welding sequences.

Welding Execution: Operate welding equipment to join metal components (Mild Steel, Stainless Steel, Aluminum) using MIG/GMAW, TIG/GTAW, or Stick/SMAW processes, ensuring strong, clean, and crack-free joints.

Machine Setup & Adjustment: Configure welding machines, shielding gas flow rates, voltage, and wire feed speeds according to material thickness and joint design.

Metal Preparation & Finishing: Use grinders, plasma cutters, and hand tools to cut, bevel, clean, and fit metal parts prior to welding; perform post-weld cleaning, slag removal, and surface grinding.

Quality & Safety Compliance: Conduct visual inspections of finished welds against quality standards; strictly adhere to factory safety protocols and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
