the candidate will be expected to perform the following duties:

• steel fabrication, cutting, grinding, and structural welding tasks,

• ability to perform mig, tig, and arc welding with precision,

• reading and understanding technical drawings, blueprints, and layout diagrams,

• preparing fabrication materials, measuring components, and marking according to requirements,

• ensuring materials are cut, welded, and fitted as per project specifications,

• managing welding machines and fabrication tools proficiently,

• performing final finishing work such as grinding, polishing, smoothening welded joints,

• ensuring that welding work meets safety rules, project specifications, and qc requirements,

• collaborating with supervisors, engineers, and team members to complete daily tasks,

• troubleshooting welding defects, correcting alignment issues, and ensuring proper weld penetration,

• maintaining tools, equipment, and machinery in proper working condition,

• adhering to workplace safety guidelines and using ppe at all times,

• completing assigned fabrication tasks within deadlines,
