Welder - Full Time - Freshers

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Welder to join our team in Kolhapur, India. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with metal and a basic understanding of welding techniques. Experience is not mandatory, making this an excellent opportunity for recent school leavers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Welding Tasks**: Perform various welding processes such as MIG, TIG, and arc welding to join metal components together according to specified measurements and project requirements.

2. **Blueprint Reading**: Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to understand work specifications and ensure precise welding and fabrication.

3. **Safety Practices**: Follow all safety guidelines while working, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment to ensure a safe working environment.

4. **Equipment Maintenance**: Maintain welding equipment and tools in good working condition. Report any issues or malfunctions to ensure continuous operation.

5. **Quality Control**: Inspect finished products to ensure high-quality standards and that they meet predefined specifications. Make necessary adjustments as needed.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have completed at least their 10th grade and possess a strong willingness to learn new skills. Attention to detail and precision are crucial. Good physical stamina and the ability to work in a team will also be beneficial. Basic knowledge of welding processes is a plus, but training will be provided to suitable candidates.
