We are seeking a skilled Welder with 2 to 4 years of experience to join our team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will have an . certification and the ability to work effectively in a full-time, office-based environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Welding Operations**: Perform various welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, and arc welding to join metal components with precision and quality.

- **Blueprint Reading**: Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to understand specifications and requirements before starting welding tasks.

- **Quality Control**: Inspect completed welds to ensure they meet industry standards and project specifications, making necessary adjustments when required.

- **Equipment Maintenance**: Maintain welding equipment and tools in good working condition by performing routine checks and minor repairs to ensure safety and efficiency.

- **Collaboration**: Work closely with team members and supervisors to ensure project timelines are met and to communicate any challenges encountered during the welding process.

Required Skills and Expectations:

The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in welding and fabrication. Attention to detail is crucial, as well as the ability to follow safety protocols.
