We are looking for a motivated Welder to join our team in Jaipur, India. This role is suitable for both experienced welders and those new to the field. The ideal candidate will work full-time in our office and contribute to various welding projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Welding Tasks**: Perform welding operations using different techniques such as MIG, TIG, or stick welding, ensuring quality and precision in every joint and fabrication.

2. **Reading Blueprints**: Interpret and understand welding blueprints and specifications, following detailed instructions to achieve desired outcomes in projects.

3. **Material Preparation**: Prepare materials by cutting, grinding, or shaping them as needed before welding, ensuring they fit together correctly.

4. **Maintenance**: Maintain and care for welding equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good condition and ready for use at all times.

5. **Safety Compliance**: Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment, wearing appropriate protective equipment and adhering to all safety standards.

Required Skills:

Candidates should have a minimum education of 10th grade and basic reading and writing skills. Previous welding experience is beneficial but not essential, as we welcome those willing to learn. Attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and good communication skills are essential. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to safety and quality in all welding activities, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
