1. Collaborate with the growth team to maintain a proactive talent pipeline

2. Identify the candidates suitable for the job posting shared with you

3. Reach the best candidates through college alum network, Facebook groups, WhatsApp groups, personal network or other strategies

4. Share the relevant profile with the team and help the team shortlist them in the process

5. Work closely with the candidate to ensure success during his/her participation in the program required for the job

6. Ensure that people turn up for the interview during the hiring
