ROLE
This person will be in charge of driving new business through calling clients who are looking
investments. This individual will be responsible for processing new leads through the system
and thoroughly checking them for duplications, contacting the clients, inputting notes and
working the system process correctly and diarising callbacks. This will be done by working
from CRM and will entail spending majority of the working day taking incoming calls from
clients and making a large amount of outbound calls so an excellent telephone manner is
essential.
The Sales Consultant will need to manage their own pipeline of callbacks and work them
effectively to ensure we are getting as many client meetings .
