Job Description:
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with HNI / Ultra HNI clients both Individual & Non-Individual while understanding their financial goals, risk tolerance and investment preferences.
• Driving Revenue generation through cross-selling of Wealth Products like MF/SIP, Bonds, Insurance, and Asset (Loan).
• Acquisition of New Clients for D-Mat and Trading account and providing them with Equity research advisory for Investment and Trading needs of the Investor.
• Conducting in-depth economic assessments to analyse clients' current financial situations and identify areas for growth and improvement.
• Developing personalised financial plans and investment strategies aligned with client's objectives and risk profiles.
• Recommending suitable investment products, such as equities, bonds, mutual funds and alternative investments, based on thorough market research and analysis.
• Meeting with potential Investors (Physical or Virtual) for discussing and proposing him/her the investment opportunities available with Eureka Securities PCG.
• Keeping constant touch with PCG Dealer/Equity Advisor for monitoring Equity portfolio of Investors on Regular basis.
• Weekly & Monthly Review of business and meetings with HOD & other Business Heads.
• Organising and conducting Seminar/ Meetings/ Investment Awareness programmes to generate leads for fresh & new investors.
• Monitoring and reviewing investment portfolios regularly, adjusting strategies as per market conditions and clients' changing needs.
• Providing clients with ongoing financial advice and guidance, addressing their queries and providing proactive wealth management solutions.
• Managing and achieving the internal budget product wise to maintain Monthly/Quarterly Score Card for performance evaluation.
