Interview For Warehouse Worker || 10th Pass - Freshers

We are looking for a dedicated Warehouse Worker to join our team in Bhubaneswar. This full-time position is open to freshers who have completed their 10th grade. The ideal candidate will be male and ready to work in an office-based environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Loading and Unloading Goods: Safely handle and transport products to and from delivery vehicles, ensuring that items are not damaged.

- Inventory Management: Keep track of stock levels by counting items and reporting any discrepancies to the supervisor.

- Organizing the Warehouse: Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure efficient operations and easy access to products.

- Packaging Products: Prepare items for shipment by packing them securely, following the standard operating procedures.

- Operating Equipment: Use warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts, to move heavy items safely (training will be provided).

Required Skills and Expectations:

- Must have completed at least the 10th grade education level.

- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.

- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in inventory management and packing.

- Good communication skills to work effectively with team members and supervisors.

- Basic understanding of safety practices in a warehouse setting.

- Willingness to learn and adapt to different tasks as needed in the warehouse environment.
