Hiring Fresher - Packing Executive - Norway

A modern production and logistics center for cosmetic packaging in Oslo is inviting men, women, and married couples to apply for the position of packer. Work in a stable European company with opportunities for overtime, quality bonuses, and comfortable working conditions.

Official employment under an Arbeidsavtale contract, regulated by Norwegian labor law, which provides for:

Salary:

Before taxes (gross):

Hourly rate: €/hour;

Monthly salary: €4,600 – €5,500/month.

After taxes (net):

Hourly rate: €/hour;

Monthly salary: €3,360 – €4,000/month.

Work schedule:

5–6 days a week, 8 hours per day, in 2 shifts;

Morning shift: 06:00 – 14:00;

Afternoon shift: 14:00 – 22:00;

Breaks: two 15-minute breaks + a 30-minute lunch break;

Overtime possible upon agreement;

Monthly hours: 168 – 200 hours.

Responsibilities:

Packing cosmetics (bottles, boxes, jars, etc.);

Checking products for integrity, completeness, and quality;

Sorting products by type and article number;

Labeling, stickering, and preparing for shipment;

Following safety and cleanliness standards in the workplace;

Working in a clean, dry, and controlled environment.

Accommodation:

Accommodation costs partially covered by the employer (utilities paid by the employee);

Housing options: hostels, apartments, dormitories (2–3 people per room);

Shared areas: kitchen, bathroom, living room;

Conditions: furnished, with appliances, bedding, and Wi-Fi;

Distance: up to 30 minutes on foot or by company shuttle;

Utility costs: €100 – €200/month (deducted from salary).
