We are looking for a dedicated Ward Boy to assist in a healthcare setting. As a Ward Boy, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the ward and providing support to healthcare staff and patients.

- Provide assistance to nurses and doctors: Support medical staff by helping with routine tasks, ensuring that patient care is handled efficiently.

- Maintain cleanliness of the ward: Regularly clean and organize the patient areas, ensuring a hygienic environment crucial for patient recovery.

- Assist with patient mobility: Help patients move around, whether it's transferring them to different beds or helping them reach the restroom, ensuring their comfort and safety.

- Monitor patient needs: Observe patients for any immediate requirements and report any concerns to medical staff to ensure timely assistance.

- Manage supplies and equipment: Help in arranging and restocking necessary medical supplies and equipment to keep the ward fully equipped and functional.

- Support patient admissions and discharges: Assist in welcoming new patients and preparing them for discharge, making the process smooth and welcoming.

To succeed in this role, you need to have a compassionate attitude towards patients and be able to work in a team. A basic understanding of healthcare protocols is beneficial, though training will be provided.
