We are looking for energetic and customer-oriented individuals to join our café as Team Members

(Waiter/Steward). The role involves ensuring a seamless dining experience for guests, assisting

baristas, and supporting overall café operations. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals

looking to grow in the F&B industry and develop hands-on experience in customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Take orders from guests and serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner.

Assist baristas in preparing coffees, shakes, mocktails, and other beverages as required.

Handle billing, cash transactions, and POS operations accurately.

Set up and clear tables, maintain cleanliness, and ensure the café environment is welcoming.

Support inventory and stock management, including replenishing supplies when needed.

Provide excellent guest service, attend to guest queries, and ensure a positive dining

experience.

Collaborate with café staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Requirements:

Prior experience in food and beverage service preferred but not mandatory.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong team player with a customer-first attitude.

Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced café environment.
