The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the solar industry and will be responsible for driving the growth of the company through strategic business development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the solar energy sector, focusing on Commercial and Industrial sectors.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, agents such as electrical consultants, PMC along with regulatory bodies.
Conduct market research to identify new trends, competitors, and potential projects.
Lead the end-to-end sales cycle, including proposal submissions, presentations, negotiations, and contract closures.
Work closely with technical teams to ensure the feasibility and technical soundness of proposed projects.
Develop and execute strategies to expand the company's presence in the market and increase revenue streams.
Provide detailed reports on business development activities, market analysis, and competitor performance to senior management.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely project delivery and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote the company's services and products.
Minimum 10-12 years of experience in the solar energy industry, with a proven track record in business development, sales, and project management.
Strong understanding of solar power technologies, installation processes, and relevant industry regulations.
