experience: 5+ yrs (at least 1 year of trainer experience in the bpo setting as a v&a/ pre-process trainer)

mandatory skills:

training delivery

training design & development

analytical and problem solving skill

coaching and performance management

documentation and administrative skill

preferred skills:

training delivery, training needs analysis, instructional design, curriculum development, coaching and performance management, , strong innovative mind; critical, analytical and lateral thinker, problem solving skills, documentation and administrative skills, proficient in ms excel, ms word, microsoft powerpoint

qualification- degree on human resource management, mass communication, psychology, education, or business management or its equivalent

preferred certification - train the trainer/ tefl/ ielts
