Qualifications: College Graduate/Higher Secondary

Experience: 5+ Yrs (At least 1 year of trainer experience in the BPO setting as a V&A/ Pre-process trainer)

Training Design & Development

Analytical and Problem Solving Skill

Coaching and Performance Management

Documentation and Administrative Skill

Preferred Skills:

Training Delivery, Training Needs Analysis, Instructional Design, Curriculum Development, Coaching and Performance Management, , Strong Innovative Mind; Critical, Analytical and Lateral Thinker, Problem Solving Skills, Documentation and Administrative Skills, Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, Microsoft PowerPoint

Qualification- Degree on Human Resource Management, Mass Communication, Psychology, Education, or Business Management or its equivalent

Preferred certification - Train the Trainer/ TEFL/ IELTS
