VMC Operator

Position: VMC Machine Operator

Key Responsibilities:

Operate VMC machines as per production plan and work instructions.

Set and operate machines using appropriate tools, fixtures, and cutting parameters.

Perform component loading/unloading and tool offset corrections.

Read and understand engineering drawings, dimensions, and tolerances.

Conduct in-process inspection using Vernier, Micrometer, Bore Gauge, etc.

Maintain required production output and quality standards.

Identify tool wear, machine abnormalities, and dimensional deviations.

Follow 5S, safety procedures, and quality systems.

Maintain basic machine and production records.

Qualification: ITI / Diploma - Mechanical preferred.

Experience: 2-10 years in VMC operation, preferably in a precision manufacturing/valve industry.
