Urgent Requirement For VMC Operator

We are looking for a skilled VMC Operator to join our team in Coimbatore, India. As a VMC Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining Vertical Machining Centers (VMCs) to produce precision parts according to engineering drawings.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Set up VMC machines accurately by installing and adjusting fixtures, tools, and workpieces.

2. Operate VMC machines to produce parts with tight tolerances and smooth finishes.

3. Monitor machine operations, make adjustments as needed, and perform quality checks.

4. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.

5. Troubleshoot and repair any issues that may arise during the machining process.

Required Skills and Expectations:

- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a VMC Operator.

- Must have at least a 10th-grade education.

- Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings.

- Strong attention to detail and precision in work.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Male candidates preferred for the role.

- Full-time position with the requirement to work from the office.
