machine operation:

set up and operate vmc machines for production runs to ensure efficient use of time and resources.

load materials and select appropriate tools for each job.

perform surface grinding operations as required.

read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.

inspect finished parts for accuracy, quality, and adherence to standards.

maintenance:

adjust machine settings for optimal performance.

perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure they are running smoothly.

qualifications and experience

experience:

proven experience as a vmc operator and in tool room operations is essential.

experience with surface grinding is a plus.
