Hiring For I.T.I. Freshers - VMC Operator

We are looking for a VMC Operator to join our team in Hazira, Surat. This role is suitable for individuals with no prior experience up to five years, and an . certification is required. The VMC Operator will play a vital role in operating and maintaining vertical machining centers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Machine Operation: You will be responsible for setting up and operating vertical machining centers. This includes loading materials, selecting tools, and adjusting machine settings to ensure accurate machining of components.

- Quality Control: Regularly inspect finished parts for precision and quality. You will use measuring instruments to verify dimensions and ensure compliance with specifications.

- Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure they are in good working condition. This involves cleaning, lubricating, and reporting any malfunctions to the maintenance team.

- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production output and machine performance. You will also need to log any issues encountered during operation and report them as necessary.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates must possess a basic understanding of machining processes and must be able to read technical drawings. Attention to detail is crucial for ensuring quality output.
