Looking For VMC Operator

We are looking for a VMC Operator with 2 to 5 years of experience to join our team in Coimbatore, India. The ideal candidate will have an ., Diploma, BE qualification and will be responsible for operating Vertical Machining Centers (VMC) to produce high-quality components.

Key Responsibilities:

- Machine Operation: Set up and operate VMC machines according to specifications. You will ensure proper machine functioning and adjust settings as needed for optimal performance.

- Quality Control: Monitor produced parts for quality and precision. You will inspect dimensions using measuring tools and make adjustments to maintain quality standards.

- Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on the VMC machines to ensure they are in good working order. This includes cleaning and lubricating parts and reporting any issues.

- Documentation: Keep accurate records of production runs, setups, and maintenance activities. Proper documentation helps track output and machine performance.

Required Skills and Expectations:

The candidate should have solid knowledge of VMC operations, including programming and troubleshooting. Attention to detail is crucial for ensuring product quality, and the ability to read technical blueprints will be essential. Good communication skills are necessary for teamwork and reporting issues effectively.
