Job Description

We have urgent requirement Position for VMC Operator in Anand

No. of Positions: 2

Experience Required: 2–4 Years

Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Preferred Expertise: MITSUBISHI or SIEMENS Controller

Duty Hours: Fixed 8-Hour Shift

Reporting To: Production Supervisor

Primary Responsibilities

Setup & Tooling

Assist in CNC program setup, fixture installation, and tool changes under minimal supervision.

Machine Operation

Operate Vertical Machining Centers with focus on maintaining quality and production targets during shifts.

c Drawing Interpretation

Read and understand engineering drawings and tolerances to execute machining tasks accurately.

ity Checks

Perform part inspection using vernier calipers, micrometers, and other basic measuring instruments.

t Report Submission

Record production output and report shift activity to the Production Supervisor daily.

ine Maintenance Support

Maintain machine cleanliness and report issues needing maintenance attention.

ty & Shop Discipline

Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain orderly work habits on the shop floor.
