Hiring For VMC Operator

- Operating and maintaining VMC machines: Responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring Vertical Machining Center (VMC) machines to produce precision parts according to engineering drawings.

- Ensuring quality control: Inspecting finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications, making adjustments to the machine settings as needed.

- Reading engineering drawings: Understanding and interpreting engineering drawings to set up the VMC machine correctly and produce parts accurately.

- Tooling maintenance: Performing routine maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity of the VMC machine.

- Following safety protocols: Adhering to safety guidelines and protocols to prevent accidents and maintain a safe working environment.

- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate work, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth operations at the workplace.

Required Skills and Expectations:

- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

- 0-5 years of experience operating VMC machines.

- Proficiency in reading engineering drawings and blueprints.

- Strong attention to detail and quality control.

- Mechanical aptitude and understanding of machining processes.

- Ability to work well in a team environment.

- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
